The ideal candidate will have a robust background in employment law/labor law/PAGA cases/class action cases/labor relations/wrongful termination/discrimination/harassment/wage and hour disputes/workplace issues etc. and a proven track record of successful litigation, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading litigation teams.
