We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Employment Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in employment law/labor law/PAGA cases/class action cases/labor relations/wrongful termination/discrimination/harassment/wage and hour disputes/workplace issues etc. and a proven track record of successful litigation, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Demonstrated success in managing and leading litigation teams.
