Title: Attorney - Workers Comp We are hiring for an attorney for the Workers Compensation Division. Firm is a full-service Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Law Firm that is centered on providing personalized attention and maximum results for clients. Responsibilities: Duties included but not limited to: - Manage and provide representation for clients who become injured or disabled while working at their jobs. - Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs - Attend client meetings and communicate with clients to provide legal advice and guidance - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation - Attend scheduled hearings daily Requirements: - Admission to the NY state bar association - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - 3 years minimum experience in workers comp practice Pay: $135K-$155K/year To Apply: Email resume to [email protected], indicating in the subject line NYS DOL ref.
