What You'll Do

• Case Management: Handle a docket of firm-provided cases while building your own book of business through firm-supported entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Client Intake: Collaborate with the intake team to evaluate potential cases and build trust and rapport with clients.
• Legal Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for complex litigation, with first-chair responsibilities supported by expert attorneys and paralegals.
• Marketing & Business Development: Utilize firm resources to craft marketing ideas, host events, and convert leads and referral sources into valuable partnerships.
• Legal Expertise: Stay updated on personal injury law developments and maintain the high standards of care, professionalism, and results LOAR is known for.

• Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience in personal injury or litigation practice.
• A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive, exceptional judgment, and analytical skills.
