Attorney - Litigation Support - CVR Search & Staffing LLC : Job Details

CVR Search is engaged with our client, a top-tier law firm with offices on 3 continents, to find an E-Discovery Review Attorney that can work out of their NYC or Washington, DC offices. This firm is frequently on Best Places to Work lists and has been named one of the best law firms for women and diversity multiple times.

Position Summary

Provide support related to the discovery of electronically stored information in litigation. Perform substantive document reviews using strong experience with electronic discovery review platforms. Manage a team of contract attorneys and provide project management support to the firm.

Day to day

• Plan, conduct, and supervise document review and production
• Advise attorneys and clients on bet practices and procedures regarding search and review in litigation and regulatory investigations
• Manage a team of contract review attorneys - track metrics and providing feedback
• Perform substantive document review hosted in Relatively and other platforms, perform privilege review and redactions, targeted searches
• Collaborate with analysts, managers and trial services specialists. Travel to other firm offices and client sites as necessary.

Required

• JD Degree
• 2+ years managing complex litigation document reviews and electronic discovery projects
• Active member in good standing of CA state bar
• Experience with relational document review databases such as Relativity

Salary range is $180,000 - $200,000 DOE

Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office
