The Attorney Training Specialist will oversee the creation and implementation of attorney training curriculum for the firm's New York. - Oversees the administration of associate curricula including laterals and Counsel.
- Develop and supervise training for the Business Development Academy.
- Partners with the General Counsel's Office to design and deliver firm-wide Ethics training.
- Lead focus group meetings with New York office practice groups, gather feedback, and implement tailored programming.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members within the department.
- Facilitate and manage in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Co-lead orientation program for lateral hires and incoming associates
- Coordinate logistics for both on-site and off-site retreats.
