Auburn Manufacturing Associate - 2nd shift - GE Aerospace : Job Details

Every Manufacturing Associates is part of a work team and is required to actively participate in teams and committees. Learn to operate all workstations, perform complex layout operations to verify part dimensions, and perform assembly and disassembly of parts as required. Individuals will apply knowledge and skill to work within their teams and constantly strive to improve operation and cycle time. This includes the completion of Kaizen and Lean projects. Operate tools and equipment ranging in size from small to large and in complexity from simple to very complicated. Perform other related duties as necessary. Desired Characteristics:Associate degree or higher. Excellent attendance. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
