• Provide expert knowledge and advice on Audi boutique parts and accessories to both customers and service teams.
• Assist in parts ordering, inventory management, and maintaining a high-quality parts catalog.
• Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to drive parts sales and satisfaction.
• Manage and process orders for specialized Audi parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Ensure parts are presented in an organized, appealing, and accessible manner in the boutique display area.
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to anticipate and fulfill parts needs for Audi vehicles.
