Audiovisual Support Technician
Client: Raytheon Technologies
Tewksbury and Andover, Massachusetts
6 to 8 month long contract with possibility for an extension
Must be a US Citizen (No GCH)
Pay Rate: $34 to $44 per hour (w2 non-benefited)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Audiovisual Support Technician. This role is essential for the successful execution of audiovisual projects ranging from installations, to upgrades and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all audiovisual installations and setups meet Raytheon standards, industry standards, and program specifications.
- Conduct through testing and quality checks before project completion.
- Address any deficiencies promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and partners.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services and solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Receive client feedback and pass up for implementation into service offerings.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to program teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installations or upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration and conference spaces.
- Knowledge of AV Equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix technical issues quickly.
- Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, QSC, & Poly Audiovisual equipment.
