We are looking for an Audiologist OR Hearing Instrument Specialist that will be responsible for providing a quality Patient Journey Experience. Responsibilities include testing and diagnosis of hearing loss, fitting and sales of hearing products and accessories, counseling and follow-up services, and maintaining a successful and profitable office.

What Will I Be Doing?
• Ensure the Patient Experience is the top priority
• Administer hearing test procedures in accordance with clinical protocols and applicable state and federal laws
• Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories following established sales protocols
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of the office
What Will I Need?
• Valid State Licensure – license in good standing
• Knowledge of software systems including patient management software
• Ability to organize and execute a plan
• Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual base salary range for the position is between $60,000 and $100,000
This position is eligible for commissions on sales and tests completed based on performance results.
