- Leadership: Oversee non-public audits and reviews for clients in the construction and real estate industries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Expert Consultation: Provide expert advice on complex transactions, including business combinations, equity structures, and compensation agreements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and related reports that inform key business decisions.
- Research: Direct and manage research projects, bringing innovative solutions to the table.

What You Bring to the Table:
