About Us: We provide in-home and community-based support for individuals aged 3 to 65, offering everything from job coaching and community outings to respite care and mentorship. Our goal is to help each person achieve greater independence and lead fulfilling lives. Whether it's teaching job skills, supporting daily living activities, or taking clients on enriching adventures, we strive to provide exceptional care and guidance every step of the way. Who We're Looking For: We're seeking passionate, motivated, and self-starting team members with prior experience working with individuals with disabilities. While we provide a mix of Zoom and in-person training, experience is essential. Ideal candidates must have:
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (you will transport individuals to community activities; mileage reimbursement provided)
  • A clean driving record
  • The ability to pass a CORI background check

  • Pay ranges from $21-$27 per hour, based on education and experience
  • Most applicants will begin as 1099 contractors, with the possibility of transitioning to W2 status after three months or consistent hours
  • We offer flexible schedules, with opportunities for both daytime, evening, and weekend shifts-perfect for college students needing internships!
