Responsibilities - Assistant Service Manager/Shop Foreman:

• Oversee daily service operations, ensuring a seamless workflow and superior customer satisfaction
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, assisting with diagnostics and repairs to deliver top-quality service
• Provide expert advice to customers on service needs and estimates with transparency and care
• Ensure that all work meets brand standards and upholds our reputation for excellence

Qualifications/Requirements – Assistant Service Manager/Shop Foreman:

• 10+ years of automotive/ trucking experience
• Experience in new truck service and familiarity with Volvo, Hino, Workhorse, Fuso, GMC, BYD, Battle Motors, and Isuzu brands
• Strong background in mechanical repair and diagnostics, with a hands-on approach
• Leadership experience in a trucking service department with a passion for coaching and developing a team preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Good customer service skills
• The ability to work well with others.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Must be a dependable, friendly 'people person' with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
