• Inspect damaged vehicles and plan efficient repair processes.
• Collaborate with others to ensure accurate vehicle repair status updates.

• Remove upholstery, accessories, and equipment to access vehicles and fenders.

• Serve as a mentor for apprentices, addressing unusual problems or questions and explaining procedures.

• Proficiency in frame machine usage.
• Certification in body repair (preferred).
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to analyze and interpret measuring data.
• Supervisory skills for repair personnel.
