Our client, In Financial Services Industry is seeking an Auto Collections Representative to join their team. As an Auto Collections Agent , you will be part of the Collections Dept supporting Loan Services . The ideal candidate will have Auto Collections experience and/or Retail Collections whichwill align successfully in the organization. Job Title:Auto Collections Agent Location: Tempe, AZ Pay: 19.00 hourly (Once hired on pay goes up to $22.00 hourly) Full time hours Must be available Mon through Sun 6am to 9pm (8 hour Shift) Will Discuss What's the Job? Collect delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly and professional manner while following all standardized collections procedures Make supervisor aware of problem accounts that may result in repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off. Place or receive calls in priority order as established by management Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay. Document all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures What's Needed? Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives Previous customer service, collections, or sales experience Ability to utilize Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint What's in it for me?
