Hutchinson Automotive Group is recruiting talented professionals for our Business Development Center (BDC). We offer excellent hourly wages plus monthly bonus opportunities!

BDC Representative (Business Development Center) Representative Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle Internet Leads, including inbound/outbound phone calls as they pertain to automotive inquiries.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership products, services, policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Email, and Text.
• Conduct telemarketing and Internet related sales/service campaigns.
• Schedule appointments for customers through Internet Sales / Business Development Manager.
• Complete various administrative duties as asigned.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills via phone, email, text, and face-to-face.
• Proficient basic math and writing skills.
• Proven customer service skills to drive customer loyalty and engagement.
• Thrive in a high-paced, competitive environment.
• Pass drug test, background investigation, and pre-employment assessment.
