A Southern NH import auto dealership is seeking a Parts Counter Personto assist counter customers in purchasing auto parts, obtain/distribute parts for repair technicians, stock parts into inventory and more. Responsibilities - Auto Parts Counter Person:

• Assist counter customers in purchasing auto parts, obtain parts for repair technicians, stock parts into inventory, and more.
• Answer questions about parts, price, availability, etc.
• Utilize the phone and internet to find the best prices for parts
• Receive parts from Toyota and other sources
• Stock parts into inventory and maintain correct inventory with regular bin checks
• Bill out parts on RO's or counter invoices
• Dispense billed out parts
• Post lost sales
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Assist with maintaining tech supplies
• Assist with promoting parts sales
• Assist with shipping/receiving
• Perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications - Auto Parts Counter Person:

• Automotive parts experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A strong work ethic and good organizational skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and insurance
