Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:

• Sell parts and accessories to meet or exceed monthly sales forecasts.
• Assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts.
• Utilize phone and online resources to find the best prices and availability for parts.
• Offer and coordinate delivery services for parts orders using a company parts truck.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of seasonal parts and accessories.
• Manage and update files, reference materials, and paperwork at the parts counter.
• Maintain an accurate customer backorder file and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Keep the master parts catalog and pricing book up to date.
• Process and file repair order copies accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:

• Previous experience preferred but not required! We provide training for the right candidate.
• Must have a friendly, customer-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Strong team player with flexibility and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Valid drivers license required.
