Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:
- Sell parts and accessories to meet or exceed monthly sales forecasts.
- Assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts.
- Utilize phone and online resources to find the best prices and availability for parts.
- Offer and coordinate delivery services for parts orders using a company parts truck.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of seasonal parts and accessories.
- Manage and update files, reference materials, and paperwork at the parts counter.
- Maintain an accurate customer backorder file and follow up on outstanding orders.
- Keep the master parts catalog and pricing book up to date.
- Process and file repair order copies accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:
- Previous experience preferred but not required! We provide training for the right candidate.
- Must have a friendly, customer-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Strong team player with flexibility and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Valid drivers license required.
