Automation Assembler - Ashley HomeStore : Job Details

The Automation Fabricator &Assembler (AFA) will assist automation engineers, technicians and designers to achieve a finished piece of automation machinery. The AFA will fabricate parts from a 2 D or 3 D drawing using manual drilling and milling machines and hand tools. This position will also be assembling complete machines by reading 2 D and 3 D drawings provided by the automation designers and engineers. The AFA will work with automation technicians to read electrical schematics as well as wiring complete machines. The AFA will learn what wire colors are for what purposes as well as learn to terminate connections correctly using the proper labeling techniques for wires and cables.
