A young cutting-edge automation manufacturer is bringing disruptive technology to the Supply Chain/Distribution industry. Significant success and growth has created opportunity for experienced maintenance technicians to join their team across the country! Currently there is a need for technicians and senior technicians to join the team, on-site at a global beverage manufacturer's massive West distribution center in Oceanside, CA.The company's systems fully automate the supply chain process from material receipt (inbound) to distribution prep (outbound). Fully automated robotic systems unload pallets, facilitate inventory warehousing for storage, facilitate customer order collection and palletization. This requires extensive electro-mechanical and robotic systems with multi-level software controlled analytical processes. The company assigns technical experts to each of their clients' location for system maintenance, repair, upkeep, and optimization.Successful candidates for these positions will have outstanding electro-mechanical system troubleshooting and maintenance experience. PLC experience is a plus. Must be mature, self-motivated, and have experienced with preventative maintenance systems (3M). Positions are available for both experienced technicians and for lead technicians who (in addition to performing required maintenance) will also supervise maintenance, mentor staff, and manage preventative maintenance planning and execution. This is a 24/7 operation, and there are open positions on ALL (non-rotating) shifts. Current schedule runs 4 on and 4 off (12 hour shifts).Compensation will vary based on experience, but will include a base salary of $25-28/hr for technicians and $29-32/hr for Lead Technicians. Current crews average 5-10 hours of overtime per week. - 4 on 4 off schedule- Full comprehensive benefits package- 401K (match 100% up to 3% contribution, and 50% up to 5%)
