Cobb County Toyota, a high volume, award winning, well established automotive dealership is seeking a part-time Automotive Accounting - Product Cancellation Clerk for immediate hire.

Part-time

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Submit and process Warranty, GAP, and other F&I products
• Ensure all required documents are collected for cancellation process
• Process all warranty and insurance cancellation requests in a timely manner
• Calculate and process warranty and insurance requests
• Reconcile statements and post entries to general ledger
• Maintain current and clean accounting schedules
• Respond to all customer and vendor inquiries regarding finance products
• Scanning and filing
• Other duties as assigned in Accounting Department

Job Requirements - Accounting - Product Cancellation Clerk:

• MUST BE detailed oriented, organized, able to handle high volume, and work independently
• Possess understanding of general bookkeeping, accounting experience, or accounting degree
• Automotive experience preferred
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
