Automotive Biller - Hawk Auto Group : Job Details

Hawk Auto Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois. As a trusted name in the industry, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations, from sales and service to customer satisfaction and community engagement. We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Biller at our corporate location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct flow of documents
• Review vehicle deals for accuracy and missing documents
• Check/maintain inventory schedule with management
• Reconcile schedules.
• Process paperwork on a timely basis.
• Post new and used deals to accounting books.
• Submit/claim rebates to manufacturer
• Dealer trades
• Wholesales
• Post accounting entries related to all vehicle sales and wholesale transactions

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shift (overtime as needed)

Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities

Ability to commute/relocate: Westmont, IL 60559: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Automotive Biller: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
