Automotive Billing Clerk - Cobb County Toyota : Job Details

Cobb County Toyota, a high volume, award winning, and well-established automotive dealership is seeking a top performing Automotive Billing Clerk for immediate hire. Dealership experience is required. Applications without an attached resume will not be considered

Billing Clerk's Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Billing deals
• Stocking in new vehicles
• Submitting documents for contracts
• Receipting in funding
• Posting to and reconciling GL accounts
• Accounting schedule maintenance and journal entry posting
• Preparing management reports
• Scanning and Filing
• Calculate and process warranty and insurance requests
• Back-up other desks as needed

Qualifications/Requirements – Billing Clerk:

• MUST BE detailed oriented, organized, able to handle high volume, and work independently
• Ability to work calculator, copy machine, fax, and other general office equipment
• Possess understanding of general bookkeeping
• Automotive experience required
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
• Resume must be uploaded, and completing the online assessment will grant you priority consideration!
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
