Mirak Automotive Group is looking for a talented Business Development Director to help grow our sales and service business.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Business Development team maintains and communicates with an accurate customer database through the CRM software.
- Creating strong relationships with our Sales and Service managers, to ensure our standards for Customer Service are met and that there is seamless integration through your teams.
- Ensure that our approach to Customer Service is always rooted in respect, honesty and professionalism at all times.
- Manage and help design our external marketing campaigns and initiatives with our marketing consultants and vendor partners.
- Hire, manage, train and monitor the performance of all department employees.
- Assist in managing online reputation results through review sites.
- Ensure the dealership's customer follow-up is in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and execute internet and phone campaigns, modify and improve word tracks to best practices.
- Maximizing efficiency of the Business Development Center to satisfy appointment goals of the Sales and Service departments
- Become proficient with all features of the BDC software: Xtime & VinSolutions CRM
Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
- Call Center Management and/or Automotive Management Experience
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Experience managing & leading a team of front-line team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written skills
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude for the management team!
