This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the automotive fleet market, extensive client relationships, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective strategy and execution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for government and fleet sales to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government and fleet accounts.
  • Leverage an existing and active book of business to generate immediate sales opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of fleet sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns targeting fleet and government buyers.
  • Collaborate with the inventory and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity in the fleet market.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for executive management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fleet and government sales, preferably with Ford, Chevy, and/or Hyundai products.
  • An established, active book of business with fleet and government clients.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding goals and fostering client loyalty.
  • Familiarity with fleet financing options and government procurement processes.
