***Schedule***

Thursday through Monday. Yes, Saturday and Sunday working. Nights and Weekends. MUST have detail experience.

40 Hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and refurbish new and used automobiles.
  • Wash vehicle exterior using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.
  • Apply wax to auto body, and wipe or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.
  • Vacuum interiors of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris, using vacuum cleaner.
  • Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
  • Apply revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces, and treat fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
  • Start New/Used Inventory to maintain charge log.
  • Apply special purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedures do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment and following recommendations of the product's manufacturer.
  • Maintain supply inventories and monitor the cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and maintenance.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Energetic, motivated person with a positive attitude, and a passion for cars.
  • Prior detailing experience preferred.
  • Understand basic automotive components and systems and terminology of the industry.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Physical Demands: employee is regularly required to talk and hear; frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and crouch; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work includes frequent driving, movement around dealership facilities and vehicles, and movement in and out of vehicles.
  • Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 points).
  • Written offer of employment will be subject to successfully passing pre-employment testing to include background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening.
