Overview:

Dallas Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and organize customer files.
  • Quarterly Event planning including gathering information for power point presentation, award organization, and venue set up.

  • Day to day responsibilities include pulling information from multiple sources to compile reports for upper level managements review and Auditing F&I deals and service RO's for compliance issues.
  • Maintain confidential customer and company information.
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with our accounting, sales and managers.
  • Maintain professional demeanor and appearance, as well as, keep work area organized.
  • Employee may be required to perform other job duties as assigned.
  • Work well in a fast pace environment.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions coworkers, vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail a must!
  • Prior automotive administrative experience a plus.
  • Prior experience with CDK and ELeads to the prior automotive administrative experience is a plus.

  • Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills & phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Great attitude with high-energy personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
