Responsibilities

• Provide customers (both internal and external) with requested parts and accessories in a timely manner.
• Solicit additional sales and charge out merchandise using the Dealer Management System.
• Correctly identify and specify needed parts, and follow up on special orders.
• Tag, store, and process warranty parts.
• Assist in conducting inventory cycle counts and maintain cleanliness and order in the inventory area, parts counter, and retail displays.
• Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ Years Automotive parts experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
