Job Description
  • Responsible for the scanning of all documents to electronic storage per current design and procedures.
  • Assist with the various clerical accounting duties and reconcile office records as required in daily operations.
  • Record daily receipts and reconcile daily cash, credit card and bank deposits, ensuring amounts are correctly posted to proper GL accounts.
  • Upload daily bank transactions to bank web portal.
  • Upload daily parts and service transactions to third party accounts receivable portal.
  • Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the dealership, including organizing paperwork, filing, and data entry.
  • Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions.
Job Requirements
  • Automotive Dealership experience required.
  • Cheerful outlook with excellent work ethic.
  • Must be a strong communicator with the Management team.
  • Strong math & analytical skills.
  • Fluent ability to create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • In depth working knowledge of Adobe as related to scanning documents
  • Must be a multi-tasker and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Collaborator with the ability to communicate with others effectively.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Must possess strong critical thinking skills and take initiative in resolving issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and procedures.
