• Greeting and assisting guests with service needs
• Clearly document vehicle symptoms on repair order as described by the service customer
• Generating estimates
• Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity
• Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering
• Monitor the progress of work being performed on your guests' vehicles throughout the day,
• Conducting post-repair follow-up
• Performing active deliveries with your guest, review completed repairs
• Resolving customer concerns

• Automotive service experience preferred
• Previous Service Consultant experience
• Proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction
• Positive attitude and Team Player
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident ability to operate with little supervision
• Process driven, with great organizational skills
• The desire to be successful in a fun, fast-paced, high-volume highly motivational environment
• CDK experience is preferred but not required
• Luxury auto dealer experience preferred but not required
