Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional service experience for all customers, ensuring complete satisfaction (CSI).
- Advise customers on necessary repairs and services, communicating clearly and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain detailed customer records and service reports.
- Uphold Acura/Honda standards to ensure high-level service excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry, with Acura/Honda experience preferred.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction (CSI) ratings.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with customers.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Acura/Honda vehicles and service processes is a strong advantage.
