Responsibilities: Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and effectively manage the service schedule to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to understand their automotive service needs, provide accurate information, and establish trust and confidence. Service Advising: Assist customers in understanding the scope of required repairs and maintenance, providing detailed explanations, and obtaining necessary approvals. Qualifications: Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide a positive service experience. Automotive Knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive services and repairs, as well as the ability to explain technical information to customers in an understandable manner. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is required. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $55,000 - $140,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
