Key Responsibilities:

*Greet customers and assess their needs.

*Provide acuate estimates and explanations of service and repairs.

*Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

*Maintain customer records and follow up on service recommendations.

*Ensure high levels of satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications:

*Previous experience in an automotive service environment.

*Strong communication skills.

*Knowledge of automotive systems and service.

*Customer focused attitude with a commitment to quality service.

*Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

*Computer and organizational skills are a must.

*Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or Dealership experience a big plus to fast track.
