Gossett Motors is seeking an Automotive Service Concierge / Greeter to join our team. This is an entry-level position with great opportunity for internal promotion. • Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of service lane, cleaning as needed.
• Assist the Service Advisors accordingly and learn their role within the organization as potential career path.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
• Liaison between the service, sales and parts department.
• Maintain service lane flow in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that cars that are dropped off are immediately relocated.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed.
• Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
• Ensure security of inventory by walking the lot and checking that all vehicles are locked and windows are rolled up.
• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
• Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Partake in follow up calls Tuesday through Friday that streamline service communication and provide insight into those roles in the department.
• Review past day repair orders and set up appointment as needed.
• Attend service meetings and training sessions as required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No experience necessary but must be customer service-oriented.
• High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.
• Service or hospitality industry experience a PLUS!
• Automotive experience a PLUS!
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be engaging, inquisitive, curious with a over-aggressive/always willing to help attitude.
• Must have drive, passion and confidence to be successful.
