This position is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and monitoring the flow of service work through the service department in a professional and timely manner, while ensuring quality repairs, allowing for the most efficient shop loading of labor, to allow Service Technicians to be the most efficient and productive. This position requires an individual that is personable, Guest oriented, and a Team Player who leads by example.Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of a dealership service department.
