Automotive Service Manager opportunity to work at our premier Mills Auto Center!A solid, family-owned Company that is proudly in business for over 100 years!This position requires a hands on Manager who has experience in managing an automotive service department. The Manager will run, oversee, and lead an efficient and profitable department through; productive recruiting, training and coaching of Team Members, Team Member relations, Guest relations, cost controls, achievement of objectives, maintenance of all service records, and other duties as assigned.Candidates must be extremely personable, Guest oriented, and a Team Player who leads by example.Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, outstanding management skills, and a working knowledge of a dealership service department.We offer YOU:
