Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Manager:

• Manage an efficient and profitable High-Volume Auto Dealership Service Department
• Hire and manage automotive technicians, service advisors, and support personnel
• Oversee employee training and development
• Develop action plans to improve performance and increase customer loyaltyand CSI
• Set and obtain sales objectives and control costs
• Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed correctly
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and a safe working environment

Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Manager:

• Required: Automotive Service Management experience.
• Verifiable track record of growing Service Dept. business and high customer satisfaction
• Team builder with strong leadership and motivational skills
• Outstanding customer service and customer retention skills
• Driver's license and insurance
