Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Day shift (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM), 4 weekdays plus Saturday
- Work Location: In-person
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of automotive service management (Required).
- Strong process focus—excellent phone skills, customer rapport, visual demonstrations of needed repairs, offering payment options, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—must think like an owner, be good with numbers, and be a quick learner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the automotive service store, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Manage service technicians, providing guidance and support in automotive diagnostics and repair tasks.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate auto estimates and service writing for customers.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
