Automotive Service Writer Automotive Service Advisor -Clift Buick GMC Adrian, MIClift Buick GMC of Adrian, Michigan is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our exciting and motivated team! The ideal candidate will be a customer oriented professional with a keen ability to interact with customers extensively in regards to concerns they may have with their vehicle.As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer's experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs, diagnostics and issues. You will need to become well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.While we prefer experienced individuals, we welcome those who are new to the industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.
