As a top shop in our community, we're looking for a talented ASE Certified Master Technician to join our team. Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and ASE certified Master Automotive Technician to join our team. This role requires a strong diagnostician or an all-around technician capable of handling a variety of tasks. You will play a key role in supporting and mentoring less-experienced technicians while performing advanced diagnostics and repairs. We're looking for someone dedicated to high-quality work, who thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to join a team that enjoys spending time together both on and off the job.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of makes and models
  • Collaborate with and train junior technicians, fostering their growth and skills
  • Maintain a consistent workflow to meet weekly production targets (aiming for at least 40 flagged hours)
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, prioritizing satisfaction and transparency
  • Utilize updated equipment and scan tools, including Snap-On and Zeus
  • Work with the team to create a positive, collaborative environment both in and out of the shop
Qualifications
  • ASE Master Technician certification preferred (or equivalent experience and diagnostic skills)
  • Strong background in diagnostics and repair, including experience with diverse vehicle makes and models
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and contribute to a steady workflow
