Lifeways Auxano Consulting is seeking a Lead Navigator. In this role, you will represent Lifeway and Auxano Consulting as you manage day-to-day work as a Lead Navigator through building networking relationships, driving a sales pipeline, facilitating on-site consulting, and achieving performance targets.

This role is remote in the U.S requiring 60-75% travel including occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings.

An Auxano Lead Navigator will:

  • Cultivate relational influence through consistent communication, strategic business and social networking, and active thought leadership.
  • Drive new client development from initial lead to successful closing.
  • Facilitate vision clarity processes through virtual and on-site sessions, ensuring thorough engagement and follow-up.
  • Take accountability for proactively meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets and team objectives.

  • Live out?, demonstrating deep commitment to Kingdom work.
  • Bachelor's degree in ministry, business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
    • Master's degree preferred
  • Over seven (7) years of effective experience in church ministry, business development, and/or consulting.
  • Ability to travel 60%-75% of the time for on-site consulting as a key function of the role.
