QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's Degree Required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Aviation Experience Required (Licensed Dispatcher or Private Pilot preferred)
  • Part 135 experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent Communication Skills Required
  • Customer Service Experience Preferred
  • Knowledge of FARs for crew duty day requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office skills (including Word and Excel) and ability to learn new programs quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Flight Operations leadership by developing and coordinating procedures across various channels including:
  • Crew Hotel Bookings
  • Flight Line Briefings
  • Chief Pilot Updates
  • Perform full Risk Assessment and review of technical feasibility
  • Checks performance to advise on limitations and suggest alternatives if applicable
  • Checks NOTAMs
  • Checks availability of FBO/Handling services
  • Checks Customs availability
  • Check for Permit/Slot/PPR requirements
  • Assess initial fleet availability
  • Airport Ops Hours
  • PCN vs CAN (runway and ramp weight baring capacity)
  • Review Crew Document requirements (visa, passport, etc.)
  • Perform initial 10 in 24 check & advise on duty limitations
  • Communicate flight limitations and suggest alternatives
  • Respond to Sales and Clients' inquiries regarding Weather, Performance, etc.
