- Engage with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to find outstanding candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial interviews, ensuring candidates match both role requirements and our company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to organize smooth and efficient interview processes.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate information using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Work closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality talent.
- Analyze hiring data to consistently refine and improve our recruiting strategies.
- Represent our company at job fairs and outreach events to strengthen our employer brand.
- Support HR initiatives to shape recruitment strategies and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in the aviation/airline industry or recruiting roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with professional pilot career paths and the aviation hiring lifecycle.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment and coordinating career fairs.
