Awake Overnight Residential Counselor - Worcester County Developmental Center : Job Details

The Worcester County Developmental Center (WCDC) is committed to empowering adults with developmental and physical disabilities to be productive, responsible, and participating members of the community by identifying, enhancing, and creating opportunities so all individuals can achieve their highest level of economic and social independence. This is a non-exempt position that provides direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a residence for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Residential Counselor provides continuity of services for individuals when the Residential Coordinator is not on duty. Work Location: Multiple Locations. Schedule: The schedule for Awake Overnight Residential Counselor is 7 on 7 off; 1st night starts on Sunday 9 pm - 9:30 am; Mon-Thurs 1030 pm-930 am; Friday 10 pm-8 am; Saturday 9 pm-8 am; Holiday's & Closures report 9 pm.
