Winning Edge, Inc., a nationally recognized manufacturer of awards and recognition products, is seeking a motivated and quality-oriented individual to join our team. We are a hard-working and dedicated bunch. We take great pride in our work and craftsmanship and making our awards worthy of presentation, and looking for someone who will dive in with the same enthusiasm and commitment.

The Award Fabricator & Assembler will be cutting, sanding, and polishing award components made of wood, metal, granite, and acrylic. Other duties include final award assembly and inspection, and other duties as assigned. Since our awards are custom, you will rarely work on the same project twice. The position requires use of saws and hand tools, a strong attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer established deadlines. We welcome experience with saws and powered tools, but are happy to offer on the job training as well. We look forward to you joining our team!
