AWS Cloud with hands-on experience in Contact Centre technologies
Hands on experience on developing Amazon Connect flows, queues, routing profiles etc.
Hands on experience on integrating the lambda functions, Lex Bot in AWS Connect.
Should have good experience on how end-to-end IVR works and integration of different AWS services.
Should have good knowledge on Agile process.
Should be a passionate learner and are motivated to take up new challenges
