AWS Data Architect - Syeta : Job Details

This role for a pharmaceutical client expects a candidate with technical leadership backgroundand strong experience in designing the Data model, data products.Core responsibilities include:

• Establishing a data architecture framework. Data architects determine the standardsand principles that an organization s framework needs, then design it accordingly. Everyaspect of a healthcare institution s operations patient data, vendors, staffing needsand more must be incorporated.
• Maintaining data within the framework. Data architects must enforce adherence toestablished standards. Integrity and organization must be handled appropriatelythrough the full lifestyle of the data.
• Determining how data flows through organizations. Data architects identify whichparts of the organization produce data, what type(s) of data it produces, and how tobest move the data through the system from one department to another.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art Clinical and Pharma technologies and architecturepatterns.
• Deep understanding of architecture data flows for Clinical and healthcare Technologies
• Able to engage with all levels of the organization and be proficient at building out clearlydefined architecture patterns, diagrams, and strategies taking insights from discussionswith stakeholders.
• Able to communicate and foster alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with team members in other enterprisefunctions like System Integrators, Enablement/Digital Leads, and Enterprise & SolutionArchitects.
• Strong ability to build external partnerships with industry partners and suppliers.
• Able to generate breakthrough architecture strategies and enable others to do so.
• Day-to-day decisions regarding the architecture standards for Enterprise Clinical &Medical digital solutions across organization globally.
• Able to present issues and recommend solutions succinctly to Global, Senior, and Executive Management frequently.

Clinical Domain Data architect role would be to ensure that the information is managed, notjust maintained, and is reliable, authentic, accurate, current and useful.Requirements.

• Proven Expertise: 12+ years of experience in data architecture, with a solidunderstanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data frameworks (e.g.,DataBricks, Snowflake, Azure).
• Standards Conformance: Able to work with standards such as CDISC to manage theclinical information lifecycle
• Cross Analytics Experience: Able to construct cross study, cross modal data analysis,visualization, and interpretation. Experience to build self service and causal analyticsand visualizations.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams, fostering anenvironment of accountability and innovation.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategies that alignwith long-term objectives.
• Problem Solving: Innovative and creative problem-solving skills capable of handlingcomplex challenges.
