OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES Main point of contact for all guest inquiries, including answering calls, dispatching, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers Minimum lifting 25 lbs. Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times Assist with guest requests and notify appropriate management to resolve guest issues Maintain a daily log of calls, action taken and final status of requests Answer each call with proper telephone etiquette Print and distribute reports per unit requirements Maintain and be familiar with the directory of information for guest services Handle all emergencies according to specified procedures Operate and /or explain TDD operation for guests Follow all procedures as outlined in the handbook, as well as all other appropriate unit and company policies and procedures Each associate is expected to complete, within their...Agent, Hotel, Insurance
