Job Type Full-time Description Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist with expertise in Azure and Cloud PC to join our dynamic team. This position will provide support and training to Credit Union personnel in the use of office automation products, personal computers, on-line application systems and user-based peripherals. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud strategies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resources for efficiency.
- Deploy and maintain Cloud PC environments to ensure seamless remote work capabilities.
- Design, implement, and manage Azure-based infrastructure and services.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all cloud services.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Azure and Cloud PC solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
- Installs and supports hardware/software/network components; responds to and develops solutions for technical issues to deliver a stable computing infrastructure.
- Provides on-going support to all Credit Union staff in the use of end-user hardware and software products; provides limited assistance to users developing applications with the standard user products; notifies users of new useful features available through product updates.
- Consults with computer operations management, supervisory staff, and other IT personnel to assure that IT standards for control, security, and recoverability are understood and followed; coordinates with other IT technical support staff to assure that appropriate IT computing standards are implemented and maintained; manages software upgrades to assure compliance with standards and control procedures.
- Ensures administrative control over the end-user hardware and software assets of the Credit Union, as well as related supplies and accessories, through maintenance of inventories, files, logs, etc.
- Trains Credit Union staff to use standard PC-based office automation software tools by providing formal training and coordinating third-party training providers. .
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

- To troubleshoot hardware and software problems in a timely manner by responding to calls within 4 hours, unless extenuating circumstances are involved.
- To provide complete resolutions while taking schedules and deadlines into consideration.
- To install appropriate hardware or software within the specified time frames.
- To provide friendly, professional, and accurate service and support to all members and associates.
- To maintain and add technical knowledge of computer hardware and software to ensure the Credit Union has the ability to achieve goals.
- To maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security
- Hands-on experience with Cloud PC deployment and management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Other Skills
- Experience in PC usage and hardware/software support.
- Windows OS & Server experience.
- Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure knowledge desirable.
- PC TCPIP and Networking experience.
- Ability to diagnose problems over a WAN in remote locations.
- Server virtualization and firewall experience desirable.
- Must be able to install, troubleshoot, and support personal computers, virtual server, network and data communications software and hardware and be familiar with basic programming logic, processing concepts and terminology, and processing rigors.
- Work, Communicate and Share information as a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and be detail oriented when resolving issues.
Physical Requirements
- Some travel will be required.
Work Environment
- A safe work environment will be provided. Some lifting and climbing of ladders will be required. Some outside work will be required but most will occur inside a climate-controlled environment.
