You will be working on a newer fleet of trucks and equipment!We offer:* $28 - $34/hour* Yearly bonuses given based on performance* Medical insurance* Paid vacation and holidays* 401(k) with 4% company match* Flexible schedule (we work Monday - Friday) - No weekends!* Manage your own day* Overtime is available* Relaxed family environment* Uniforms provided* Yearly tool / boot allowance* Proactive philosophy on our equipmentResponsibilities - Diesel Technician:* Run diagnostic tests on diesel trucks and equipment and interpreting the results to offer suitable solutions* Inspect vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering and exhausts* Repair or replace vehicle transmissions, brakes, engines and other associated parts* Conduct field visits in the case of an emergency or sudden breakdown* Test drive repaired vehicles to gauge their performance* Complete oil changes, periodic maintenance on truck equipment and brake checks* Maintain records of all serviced trucks and equipment* Maintain a clean and organized shop* Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications/Requirements - Diesel Technician:* Experience with diesel/construction equipment* Able to work inside or outside* Must have a basic set of tools - (we can provide any advanced tools needed for the job)* Must be willing to get their fleet inspection license* CDL license is preferred but not required* NYS heavy truck inspection license is highly desired, but not required* Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment a must* High school diploma/GED required* Valid driver's license* Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet all day* Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.* Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checksWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
