Hood Packaging is currently recruiting for a Palletizer Dresser/Driver for our Monticello, AR plant. Functional Responsibilities
- Effectively work with other associates in the department to promote team spirit.
- Quality, housekeeping, waste and safety
- Materials needed for order
- Communicates all pertinent information to relief dresser
- Learn the mechanics of the equipment.
- Setting up properly to meet requirements of the manufacturing order.
- Read order to ensure all order specs are met.
- Safe operation and handling of all materials on the fork lift.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

- Barcode Scanner
- Packaging material required per customer specifications
- Computer
- Fork Lift
Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. minimum
- Five (5) days of training, on-the-job.
Skills
- Must be able to communicate in an effective and respectful manner.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions.
- Ability to read, comprehend and understand a manufacturing order.
- Trained and passed Lift-Truck Operation Safety Course.
